Tea Talks (A Guided Friends and/or Family Discussion Group)-

Tea Talks are about creating a space to exchange conversation and ideas to support participants social emotional growth and increase their connection with the friends and family. The point is to be intentional with the types of discussions that are being had to create deeper understandings of everyone involved and hopefully a closer bond. This is a private facilitated chat group that allows participants to interact socially with their friends and/or family in a safe yet brave space to discuss a wide array of topics (some light-hearted and some full of emotional depth).

These conversations will be facilitated using the “Council” style format. Council is a facilitated conversation that allows time and space for introspection, mindfulness, thoughtful sharing, empathetic listening, community building, and social emotional growth. 

The discussion groups are held by appointment only and are $40 per participant.
