Writing Peace Workshop (An Online Youth Workshop)-
The youth have something to say!! And we need to hear it.
Not your same, old, boring poetry class. This takes self expression and puts it center stage. Participants will be given the space to explore and speak their truths in a beautifully creative way.
This workshop introduces youth (7-12 and 13-18) participants to the wonderful world of poetry and the many forms it takes. Although participants will be given examples of many kinds of poetic styles, tools, and practices commonly used as foundational knowledge, they will be encouraged to explore beyond those boundaries. They will engage in writing activities that create opportunities for deep introspection with options to share their work within the bravery of the group. This workshop is intended to help youth find their poetic voice with the end goal of creating a published poem.

Write Away: An Online Writing Workshop
Find or refine your voice!!
Unlike traditional writing workshops, Write Away is about more than just putting the pen to the page. It stretches you as a person, creating space for you to grow and change.
This writing group provides a space for Adult writers of all levels to commune weekly for 12 weeks to create community, to get unique writing prompts and inspiration, to give and receive peer feedback, and ultimately share a collection of work in a public reading.
